Sports Massage

A style of massage designed to improve athletic performance and prevent injuries. Treatment will likely involve a variety of massage techniques and pressure levels focusing on trouble areas and the corresponding trigger points.

Pheonix Thera-Lase System

This non-invasive, drug-free laser therapy treatment provides relief from acute and chronic pain, reduces inflammation and scar tissues. It’s quick, painless approach targets connective tissue and muscle groups to relieve pain.

Assisted PNF Stretching

An advanced form of flexibility training that lowers the risk of injury, decreases recovery time and increases performance. PNF stretching reduces muscle and joint pain and decrease stress with more oxygenated blood flow.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage

A healing and regeneration process that breaks up scar tissue and eliminates knots by flushing toxins and removing restrictions. This process rids muscle tension by enhancing circulation and decreasing inflammation.

Cupping Therapy/IR Cupping

This technique uses suction cups to separate the tissue in the body to assist in moving fluids and toxins from stagnation to promote healing.

Dry Needling

A technique designed to stimulate trigger points, or muscles that are irritable.

Kinesiology Taping

Kinesiology tape is applied along muscles, ligaments, and tendons (soft tissue) to provide a lightweight, external support that helps you remain active while recovering from injuries.

  • Hands-on Treatment refers to Body Work and Sports Massage.

    Body Work is a combination of treatment modalities used to help treat/alleviate muscle pain/soreness, acute injuries etc. Treatment modalities may include but are not limited to: Assisted PNF Stretching, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage, Cupping/IR Cupping, Dry Needling etc.

    Sports Massage uses a combination of Myofascial, Neuromuscular, & other techniques will be utilized as needed to get each client the results intended. This service can be full body (60mins) or half body (30mins) depending on your needs.

Cryotherapy

A rejuvenating treatment preformed to reduce inflammation and effectively manage muscle and joint pain to promote faster injury healing. Cyrotherapy also ramps up your metabolism and is known to reverse skin aging.

Infrared Sauna

A radiant infrared heat therapy that penetrates tissue to ease tension and increase oxygen rich bloodflow. This therapy also burns calories using the deeper infrared heat to increase your metabolic rate.

Normatec Compression Therapy

This pulse massage treatment modality reduces soreness and swelling to decrease muscle recovery time and increase flexibility and range of motion.

  • Hands Off Treatment includes Normatec Compression, Infrared Sauna and Cryotherapy. Each session includes all 3 modalities. You can use 1 or all modalities in each visit.
